Joint stiffness
Getting up and walking more carefully.
Stiffness after sitting, on stairs or after physical work can draw attention to joint comfort. Wear, load and inflammation are among possible contributors; causes depend on the individual.

TURMERIC · MOVEMENT & DEFENCE
Turmeric, movement and protection.
Turmeric is one of the core ingredients and naturally contains curcumin and other plant compounds. Ingredient research explores joint movement and antioxidant activity.
Human studies use specific turmeric extracts. Curcumin per serving and the effects of this finished drink require separate confirmation.
02
BENTONG GINGER · DIGESTIVE CONTEXT
Bentong Ginger, the distinctive ginger note.
Bentong ginger complements turmeric with its distinctive flavour. Research explores plant constituents and antioxidant activity; general ginger research also examines digestion and gastric motility.
General ginger motility trials are not Bentong-specific. Faster gastric emptying does not necessarily mean symptom improvement.

Explore the botanical research background
Turmeric and Bentong ginger research examines plant compounds and antioxidant measurements. Processing affects phenolic and flavonoid results, so ingredient research is kept distinct from finished-product validation.

Curcumin and joint research
Turmeric
Turmeric is a botanical ingredient; curcumin is one constituent. Human knee osteoarthritis trials use turmeric extracts to assess pain. These provide context for movement and antioxidant research; curcumin per serving needs product-specific confirmation.
Ingredient studies provide context; their doses and forms may differ from this drink.
Full ingredients (as labelled): water, honey, lemon, ginger, celery, turmeric, apple cider vinegar, garlic, modified starch (E1422), salt.
